A: We have strategically located facilities in Miami, Florida and Dallas, Texas where we have available over 220,000 square feet of warehouse space and house one of the largest inventories of new replacement parts for use in Caterpillar ® equipment. We currently ship to more than 100 countries worldwide.
Q: Where are your parts made?
A: We currently have a manufacturing plant in our USA facilities that focuses on gasket and gasket kit production. In addition, we have joint ventures with suppliers worldwide in which we pay for all tooling costs in order to have exclusive distribution as well as parts that match or exceed industry standards. Other parts are sourced by global suppliers that meet our stringent requirements. It is very important to know that CTP parts are put through a three-stage quality control inspection procedure that ensures top quality consistency and guarantees maximum performance parts.
Q: What about the parts you do not have available?
A: Our research and development team is constantly working to fulfill the complete product line that is not currently available to the aftermarket industry.
Q: Why don’t you have a catalog?
A: CTP has over 45,000 line items in which it is constantly updating. We are currently working on an online catalog that will be easier to update due to the amount of line items we have. We do have available our product literatures which focus on different parts.
