The customer will need to fill out the required information and select from a list of Registered Credit Cards. It is important to remember that this option is only available to customers with payment terms/open account and must have at least one registered credit card. If the customer has payment terms/open account but does not have any registered credit cards in the AS400 with a Payeezy TOKEN, the respective sales representative will have to coordinate with the customer and register at least one credit card in the AS400 with the corresponding Payeezy TOKEN. Once the credit card is registered, the customer will be able to use the new Account Payment option and make his payments online.
It is very important to remember that any payment made through the new Account Payment option will be automatically applied to the customer’s oldest pending invoices!
