CTP is a leading manufacturing business committed to excellence and innovation in manufacturing. We are seeking a highly organized and skilled C-Level Assistant who is fluent in both English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing, to support our Vice President in all administrative and operational matters.
- Administrative Support: Manage the Vice President’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Screen and prioritize incoming calls, messages, and emails.
Draft and edit executive-level communications, including reports, memos, and presentations.
- Contract Management: Review, edit, and proofread contracts and legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Communication Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for access to the Vice President.
- Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the EVP’s office and internal departments.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- Assist in creating and maintaining executive-level presentations.
- Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience as an executive assistant, preferably in a manufacturing or corporate setting, for at least 3 to 5 years supporting C-Level Executives.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, exceptional organizational and time-management skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, adaptability to changing priorities.
- Professionalism: Maintain a polished and professional appearance and demeanor, exhibit a high level of integrity and ethical standards.
