Job Summary: As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our production and distribution process. You will be responsible for performing various tasks within the warehouse based on the department’s needs, ensuring that products are processed efficiently, accurately, and safely. Your attention to detail, commitment to quality, and ability to work as part of a team will be essential to our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Material Handling:

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or production.
• Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and tracking of materials and products.

Inventory Management:

• Maintain accurate inventory records using company systems.
• Perform regular cycle counts and assist in periodic physical inventory audits.
• Notify appropriate personnel of low stock levels or damaged goods.

Order Fulfillment:

• Pick and pack products accurately and efficiently.
• Verify the accuracy of orders before shipping.
• Prepare and stage orders for shipment, including packaging and labeling.

Quality Assurance:

• Follow established quality control procedures.
• Report any quality issues or discrepancies to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold product integrity.

Equipment Operation:

• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues.

Safety and Compliance:

• Adhere to safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. OSHA

Team Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production goals.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Assist in training new warehouse associates when required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to [weight]) and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and data entry.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.
