CTP is a great option for us as I can order online any time of the day. Your company has a high level of inventory and getting parts out of your warehouse quickly. The quality of parts are high level and always seem to be a direct fit.

CTP does a very good job with customer service and continual product quality improvements.

I have been a customer of Costex over 20 years. Their replacement parts for CAT parts have been excellent in terms of quality and price. Their service has been on par. Now that they have grown, I expected that their service would have declined but it is the opposite. Now that they are introducing other brands, many customers would be more happy especially due to the savings. Thanks Costex for being there for the small man and continuing to be there for the small man who cannot afford OEM.

3 or 4 years ago we repaired a Crawler tractor D7G with CTP parts in Sucre, Bolivia. The engine, the transmission and other systems, were all fixed with CTP spare parts. The unit remains in service to date without presenting any issues. We will continue using CTP parts in the future.
