We are looking for Warehouse Associates to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, stocking, and or organizing inventory and packing and shipping orders. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, be organized and detail-oriented, and possess strong problem-solving skills. We are looking for an individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and is able to lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, store, and issue materials, equipment, and other items from the warehouse.
• Keep records of items shipped, received, or transferred to another location.
• Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in the warehouses.
• Operate forklifts and other machinery to move large quantities of merchandise if needed.
• Maintain inventory of stock on hand.
• Keep records of items shipped, received, or transferred to another location.
• Responsible for the routine shipping and production of merchandise. Shipping tasks include picking, packing and shipment of orders.
• Effectively pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is taken out of the system for shipment.
• Organize and prioritize orders according to daily needs and workflow.
• Ensure shipments are accurate and free of damage.
• Participate in the company’s annual inventory.

Equipment

• Utilize computers, printers, pallet jacks, lifter/crown, forklift, and other tools as necessary.
• Make sure equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition in order to complete job.
• Must wear safety equipment and take precautions in order to avoid merchandise from being damaged or dropped.
• Gloves, safety goggles, and steel-toed shoes must be worn in order to avoid injury.
• Maintain work area clean and organized.
• Comply with OSHA standards at all times.

Knowledge/ Experience/ Skills

• Should have written and verbal communication skills.
• Simple mathematical skills.
• Ability to efficiently coordinate with internal and external factors of the company.
• Ability to understand and to follow instructions.
• Knowledge of the safety procedures for handling and receiving goods.
• Ability to effectively manage time.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work under pressure and time constraints, with special attention to details.
• Ability to grow; continually learning about new products, services and methods of presentation for CTP products.
• Must be able to react to changes productively and handle miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
